A simple pasta sauce that’s quick to make and very tasty.
- Olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 chopped red pepper
- ½ -1 tsp sugar
- approx 12 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 can chopped tomatoes & juice
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- salt & pepper
- Fry onion on a gentle heat and when soft after about 5 minutes add red pepper and fry for a few more minutes.
- Add the rest of the Ingredients and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
