There needs to be more information on the products, what is the fate cake, where can you find them, and what is the phe content. What is caster sugar, what is demerara sugar and how do you calculate for the correct total phe count for the total recipe. what is the correct oven temperature using electric oven? It sounds like a good recipe but I need to have all the facts as I have two adult children which are of the classic type PKU and the have to be very accurate so the phe levels don't go up.

Hi there, I live in new Zealand and we do not have the Fate cake mix. I am looking to make Eve's pudding is there another way I could make it without that specific mix?

Many thanks
